Architects and Marine Engineers

The Transactions of the Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers [S.N.A.M.E.] is published annually. Our collection is complete from Volume 1, 1893 to Volume 122, 2014. Many of the early volumes require special handling because of the size of the fold out drawings; our staff and volunteers will be pleased to assist you.

Covers many aspects of ship design and construction; we also hold the Historical Transactions 1893-1943.

For our full bibliogaphic entry, please see our online catalogue.

Collection: Ship Design

Availability: in volumes, bound annually

Indexing: 1893-1943 (Vols 1 to 51 including Historical Transactions) by SNAME; remainder by ACS, partial

We are actively endeavouring to extend this collection beyond 2014, and have duplicates (1952-1993) for exchange or possible sale. Please contact us for donations or exchanges.
