Financial Pledge for the Building Fund

To ensure the continued development of the charitable organization Archives and Collections (ACS) Society and its subsidiary, the Canadian Society of Marine Artists, who are promoting art, preserving heritage and providing educational programs and materials, I am pleased to pledge to the Archives and Collections Society Building Fund.

The purpose of this pledge is to contribute financially to the purchase and development of the Post Office/Customs House of circa 1897, located at 205 Main Street Picton. This pledge will be considered null and void if the Archives and Collections Society, their agents, successors or trustees do not purchase the Customs House/Post Office building on Main Street, Picton.

I understand that my pledge will be directed through the Archives and Collections (ACS) Society (Charity # 88721 9921 RR00001). Payment normally will be requested at the time of closing on this property with 45 (forty five) days notice given. A Tax Receipt for the full amount of my donation will be issued at this time.
